Benefits of blogs in eBusiness<br><br>How can blogs contribute to the quality of an eBusiness?<br><br>In todays society, we have been given the opportunity to express one’s self in which ever way possible. Blogs are the perfect key to this by giving a one way (published data online), or a two way interface (allowing readers to reply)… <br><br>With this in mind, eBusinesses can benefit from blogs by the following:<br><br>• Blogs can contribute a fair amount to a business by allowing a worker to “blog” his progress and have anybody with internet access (and the address), access to read up on that progress.<br>• Blogs give people the freedom to express their possible frustration with any certain project, and allows other users to give replies and/or input to allow possible solutions to help the frustration.<br>• Interpolation of workers, where they can have different points of view at the one meeting point. <br>• Helps diffuse frustrated workers, by giving them the chance to have a say, with possible feedback from Managers and/or Supervisors<br>• Allows everyone to have a say…. (even the little guy)<br>

They provide individual workers and teams with easy-to-use tools to deliver critical real-time intelligence to customers, partners, investors and indirectly to internal decision-makers<br><br><br> Blogs can carry out research to support new business proposal or product development.<br><br> Blogs can help to capitalize on ?a wide variety of areas of expertise within a group?<br><br><br>eBusiness Benefits<br><br>? Providing information - reduce staff time on the telephone with customers and suppliers by referring them to the website - also some telephone enquirers will be better informed as a result of referring to the site and therefore will take less time. <br>? Bookings and orders - data entered into an online form with appropriate links into the organisation's database accounting system bypasses staff, freeing them to market and sell more tickets, memberships etc. <br>? Publishing/printing - reduce cost of outsourcing to printers and graphic designers for brochures, research, concert programmes. <br>? Photocopying - reduce through-put and need for more and/or larger photocopiers. <br>?
